Can the Roof be Repaired? Issues in Reparability Roofs, Including Law and Ordinance Coverage
Learn what to look for in the field when dealing with roof damage. There will be much debate over whether the damage to a roof was caused by a recent wind event, or whether the damage present is simply wear and tear and therefore excluded from coverage in a typical policy. Discussion will include all facets of the claim from start to finish including analysis of law and ordinance coverage and repairing the damage to code. An engineer will join the panel to discuss repairability issues and what to look for when determining whether a roof can be repaired or replaced.
