Public Adjusters and Attorneys

If you are a Public Adjuster interested in joining FAPIA, you may download the PA membership form, complete it, attach a copy of your license and mail or scan/email it back to FAPIA. You must sign the application and all information must be accurate.

If you are an Attorney or other interested party, you may download the Associate membership form, complete it and mail or email it to FAPIA.
